Terms of Use

1. Using RevLog

You may use RevLog to record vehicle information, service history, reminders, costs, receipts, and related ownership records. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping backups of records you want to preserve.

2. Purchase and Store Terms

RevLog is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple or Google. Billing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, account eligibility, and purchase restoration are also subject to the applicable store's terms and policies. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, or future store changes.

3. Not Professional Advice

RevLog records information and displays reminders; it does not diagnose a vehicle or replace the advice of a qualified mechanic, manufacturer service schedule, owner's manual, recall notice, or safety professional. Inspect and service your vehicle based on its actual condition and manufacturer guidance.

4. Reminders and Notifications

Notifications are a convenience, not a guaranteed safety system. Delivery depends on device settings, operating-system behavior, permissions, app use, and the mileage information you provide. Date reminders may be scheduled by the device. Mileage status can only be evaluated when RevLog opens or receives updated mileage.

5. Local Data and Backups

RevLog is local-first. Device loss, damage, operating-system behavior, storage failure, deletion, or uninstalling can affect local records. Use RevLog's export tools and keep backup files somewhere you control. You are responsible for protecting any sensitive information contained in an exported file.

6. Optional Third-Party Services

Apple, Google, NHTSA, and any destination you choose through the share sheet operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RevLog is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party services.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse RevLog except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use RevLog to violate a law, misrepresent vehicle history, or infringe another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the app, stores, or related services.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

RevLog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Rapid Sync IT LLC does not warrant uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, third-party data accuracy, or that a reminder will prevent damage or expense. To the extent permitted by law, Rapid Sync IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of RevLog.

9. Changes

We may update RevLog or these terms as the product, stores, or law changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
