RevLog — Vehicle Service Log | Effective July 28, 2026
RevLog stores your vehicle records, service history, reminders, preferences, and optional attachments locally on your device. RevLog does not operate an account database or cloud service that stores your maintenance history.
There is no RevLog email account, login, or user profile. Apple or Google may associate your app purchase with your store account under their own policies.
We do not use tracking SDKs, crash reporting services, or analytics libraries. There are zero third-party trackers in this app.
If you choose to use VIN lookup, RevLog sends the VIN you enter to the U.S. government's NHTSA API (api.nhtsa.gov) to retrieve vehicle information. RevLog asks for consent before this request. Rapid Sync IT LLC does not receive or log the VIN lookup.
Apple or Google processes the one-time in-app purchase. RevLog receives purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock the app and restore ownership. Rapid Sync IT LLC does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple and Google process store data under their respective privacy policies.
If you enable reminders, RevLog uses your device's notification system to schedule date-based maintenance alerts. Mileage-based status is evaluated when RevLog opens or when you update mileage. Notification permissions and delivery are controlled by your operating system.
Your data can be exported as a backup file or vehicle-history PDF. An export leaves RevLog only when you choose a destination through your phone's share sheet. Any app or service you choose to receive that file applies its own privacy policy.
You can delete your records from RevLog Settings. Uninstall behavior can vary by operating system, backup settings, and device-management policy, so export anything you want to keep before deleting the app or clearing data.
RevLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make changes, the updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of RevLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
